This privacy policy describes the types of nonpublic personal information that Three 15 Fitness Studio (“Three 15”) may collect in the use of this website and/or the services offered by it. This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their Personal Information (“PI”) is being used online. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle your PI in accordance with our website. Further note that this site may use Cookies (user identification to improve your web browsing experience) whether or not you are directly inputting information into the site itself.
1. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our site or app?
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter a username, password, full name, email, mailing address, date of birth, financial/payment information, exercise preferences, or other identifying information for identification purposes, to help you with the overall experience and use of our services and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Depending on your privacy settings, we may have access to information provided by or related to any social network(s) that you use to link an account. In accordance with Facebook’s permission granting, we may access your profile, post to your wall, and access your newsfeed. If you allow us access to this information, we will have access to it, even if you have chosen not to make information public through Facebook. We also collect information about you when you interact with us on social networking platforms. If you message us or tag us in social networking posts, we will be able to collect information about your message or the post we are tagged in.
We also may collect information about your use of the Services, including but not limited to, search queries, internet protocol address, device specific information, event information (like date and time of access, system activity, crashes, etc.), hardware model, browser type, operating system, and other technical information.
If you book classes with us or complete a membership agreement or sign up for a fitness event, we also may collect information that you provide about any health conditions that could affect your ability to participate in a workout. Further, some of our exercise equipment or personal trainers may obtain certain health data information from you during the course of the workout. This includes, but may not be limited to your heart rate, respiration rate, body mass index, fat percentage, or blood pressure. This information is intended to provide you with the best workout experience. If you do not wish to share this information, you can refuse.
When you contact us through the website or app, we may keep a record of your communication as well as any other information specified in this Privacy Policy to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may also send you email notices to keep you informed about our services, including any changes, improvements, or upcoming promotions.
Any comments made on forums or other similar areas of our Services are public and information posted in those areas will be viewable by anyone with access.

Further, we may disclose the information we collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or this Policy, or where it is deemed reasonably necessary as evidence in litigate in which Three 15 is involved.

8. Advertising Networks
We use network advertisers to serve advertisements on unaffiliated websites or other media such as social networking platforms. This enables us to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you may be interested. Ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors, and/or traffic measurement services may use Cookies, JavaScript, web beacons, Flash LSOs, and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and personalize advertising content to you. These Cookies and the like are governed by each entity’s specific privacy policy, not this one. We may provide these advertisers with information, including personal information about you.
Users in the United States may opt out of many ad networks. 9. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

The law’s reach stretches well beyond Ca. to require any person or company in the US (and conceivably the word) that operates websites collecting Personal Information from Ca. consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating the information being collected and with whom it is being shared.
10. Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
When it comes to the collection of Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years, COPPA puts parents in control. The FTC, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces COPPA which spells out what operators of sites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not market to children. We will not knowingly collect information from children. We will not knowingly allow children to participate in competitions for cash prizes.
11. Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Our site and services are located in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information will be processed and stored in the United States and you are consenting to such processing and storage. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the affected users within seven (7) business days of discovery.

The CAN SPAM Act is a law that governs commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out penalties for violations.
