Whether you’ve never been on a bike, or in a gym, or you’re a seasoned gym rat looking to freshen things up, Lauren understands the search for a fitness community firsthand, and she’s dedicated to motivating others on their fitness journey. From fast paced double beat songs, to the toughest barre segments, when your endurance is being tested: she’s got your back. Just when you think you can’t, Lauren is there to remind you that YOU CAN. Expect a lot of sweat, and whole lot of heart in every class, and maybe a wisecrack or two. Rest assured you will leave stronger than when you came, every single time!
Fave moves on the bike: push-up/tap combos or heavy in the saddle to burn out those legs!
Go-to move at the barre: Triple 90 or Tabletop with a ball behind the knee. No workout is complete without lighting up the glutes!
What artists you can expect to hear in my class: I love to use all types of music, especially strong beats that demand to be followed. My playlists will always have some throwbacks and deep tracks!
When I’m not teaching you can find me: at my two kids activities or walking our dogs (a lot), staying active, and traveling. I love spending time with my family and friends and it’s tough to beat date night with my husband, who has taught me to be fearless and always “go for it”!
