Catherine’s dynamic style (on and off the bike), and effortless ability to catch that double beat, keep her classes fast-paced and insanely fun. Her passion, energy and creativity come together in each exercise for an effective, “next-level” burn. With years of training and experience as a barre instructor, she packs the punch during the second part of our THREE15 method, bringing her own unique flare to each series. Catherine constantly pushes each client to fight their limitations and reach a high standard in each and every class, and we can guarantee she’ll have you sprinting out of the saddle and dancing your heart out in no time!

Favorite moves on the bike: Double-beat legs and body rolls to tapbacks

Go- to move at the barre: Curtsy Lunge with a band around the wrists (I love a full body burn!)
