Augusta brings an eclectic energy to class that will have you dancing on the bike like one of Beyonce’s back up dancers. Born and raised in Birmingham, she has planted her roots in this thriving Southern fitness community, and has a heart for encouraging and empowering each rider that enters our studio. Equal parts challenging and inspirational, she’ll have you stepping out of your comfort zone and finding your confidence. With a background in the creative industry, and experience as a dancer/choreography, each playlist is perfectly curated to bring you the best beats and leave you feeling motivated to face the day.

Favorite moves on the bike: Snake, TAP or Double Beat + Snap-backs

Go- to move at the barre: Resistance Tube over the Knees, center squat, walk right/left (bootcamp style BURN)

Artists you can expect to hear in my class: Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Beyonce, Migos, R.L. Grime, Billie Eilish, or anything with a moody and unexpected beat.

In Birmingham, you can find me hanging: Grabbing a mimosa after class at Ovenbird’s Saturday brunch with my husband, and baby girl!
