Frequently asked questions


What do I wear to class?

We recommend wearing Capris or full length exercise pants for women and shorts for men. We do not recommend wearing shorts for women unless they are fitted.


Do I need special shoes?

We recommend a low profile tennis shoe for the first portion of class and then fit kicks for the remainder of class. Fit kicks can be purchased in our retail area.


What do I bring to class?

You will need to bring water and a hand towel with you to each class. Both are available for purchase in our retail area.


Is this a class for men and women?

Yes, this is a class for both men and women.


Do you have a shower?

Yes, we have a shower and multiple changing rooms. Our shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. A hairdryer is also available. Towels are not provided.


Can I do this class if I am pregnant?

If you are currently involved in an exercise program, we would love to have you try out class. We have several modifications that will accommodate your growing baby bump. If you have not been exercising throughout pregnancy, we do not recommend starting without consulting your physician.


Will you ever add additional classes?

Our schedule is based on need/interest. If there is a time that we have multiple requests for, we will always be open to adding additional classes.


Are all of the classes the same?

No, all of the classes follow the same 55 minute format, but your instructor will have the autonomy to  personalize each workout.


How many classes a week do you recommend?

We are a studio that is open 7 days a week. We recommend coming at least 3-5 days a week. That being said, this is a workout that can be done everyday.
